One very important matter to get clear about when you are making investment decisions has to do with people like us.

Please take the time to get to know the operators of the complexes in which you are investing.  Ask us a lot of questions, too.  Spend time getting to know us.  Talk to folks like us several times over several weeks, if you can.

The key is to build trust.  Ask yourself these questions: 

“Do I know these people?”

“Do they share my values?”

“Do I like them, without question?

“Do I trust them?”

You will be trusting people like us with a significant investment.    Ask us how we will keep you informed. Ask us about our track record, what we have learned, mistakes we have made, etc.”
