INVEST WITH THE BEST OF THE BEST

Mike Jacobson and I have six years of experience as multifamily investors. 

Disclaimer: We are not one of “the best of the best”, but we know operators who are.

We have gone “full cycle” with a 128-unit complex in Tallahassee, Florida.  We have proven ourselves as being good at what we do.  We have gained a lot of knowledge and insight into multifamily as an excellent investment. We know this asset class well and are good at what we do. We take care of our investment partners and serve our residents with good, clean, safe, and affordable housing

There are operators who are not as good as we are and operators who are in a class above us, well above our capabilities.

Through the years, we have built connections with multifamily operators around the country.  Based on our 28-point checklist, we have been able to identify some of the “best of the best.”  These are operators who have deep experience, surround themselves with a great team, respond to surprises well, keep their investment partners fully informed, and deliver on their promises.  These are people with integrity, solid values, and a strong work ethic.  Their track records are superior.

Although we still search for deals of our own, when we find one of these “best of the best” we often choose to invest with them when they locate a sweet deal in the right location.

We perform our own due diligence on their investment property, running our own underwriting on the deal.  When possible we not only invest, we also seek to partner with them.
