Several people requested that we bring it back.

One person really enjoyed the networking with other experienced multi-family investors.  He likes spending time with like-minded people.

Learn from other multi-family experts around the country.  People who are investing.  And other professionals who provide services, such as brokers, attorneys, and lenders.

Learn what is working for other multi-family investors today.  How are they finding deals?  Are they buying or sitting tight?  Where do they see the market changing?  What is producing the best return on their investment?

It’s only one hour, 12:00 noon – 12:59 p.m., once a month.  On Zoom, so you don’t have to spend time driving to get there.  We exchange contact information so you can still network.

Another person told us about a format that works well in another group.  They spend 30 minutes listening to an expert on a topic, then another 30 minutes networking.  This is the approach we will use.
